Early Bird Entries 2025

Good Morning All,

For those of you who left your deposits with us from last year, the time to get your early bird entry is nearly upon us!

Another new process this year, but hopefully it will run smoothly for us all We will be closely monitoring Facebook and emails this morning and over the next couple of weeks.

A few key points to note:

• The email address that entered last year will have had an email from Kate with the Early Bird Shop link, password and discount code.

• You will be charged full price plus deposit (170+30) for each team entry and the discount code will take off the deposit we have, reducing the price to £170 per team (plus transaction fee).

• You can change your team name, but the email entering MUST match the deposit holder, unless agreed with Kate.

• To ensure fairness for all, please do not share the password with anyone else or use the discount code more than once.

• Any additional team entries beyond your quantity for which you have a deposit will have to be entered after the 26th.

• Campervan/Caravan reservations will all be available on the 26th.
  

Any hokey pokey may result in teams being denied entry.

We have all your deposit info, so we will be checking all entries as and when we can, and approving them when they are successful.

On the 26th, the early bird items will return to the normal shop for others to enter. Discount codes will still work for those who have them, but again, they are a once only deal and any misuse will result in withdrawal of all involved teams.
