About us

The largest and most popular outdoor volleyball event in the UK, run by City of Bristol Volleyball Club and friends.

Usually the 2nd to last weekend in July.

Two full days of 2 set (timed) volleyball matches, camping, parking, disco, children's entertainment, on site catering , changing facilities, bar and lounge area, local shops and restaurants, plus a short trip to Bristol City make this a fantastic weekend. We hope you agree!

Men, women and mixed divisions, catering for all standards - a division for every team.

Held at Whitefield School in Bristol in its infancy, the tournament grew in size and moved to Bath Recreation Ground (the Rec) where it stayed for many successful years. In 2015 however, the regulations at the Rec changed leaving us with no camping facilities and limited parking, so we had little choice but to move home. The new venue at South Bristol Sports Centre (aka the Imperial Ground) is a fantastic venue and we have had almost 10 happy years here.

If you have any questions please use the contact form.

If you would like to volunteer to help us at our amazing charity event, either throughout the year on our committee who meet approximately six times a year online, or to help over the weekend, we are always grateful for an extra pair of hands. Get in touch via the contact form.
