Welcome to our tournament entry page, we are excited about seeing you all this summer!!
If you are here to enter, you will most likely be the captain/organiser, so we appreciate you the most as we know how challenging this can be and how much you help us run the event by keeping your team organised.
Everything you need to know to enter should be on this page, further info is contained on the Tournament Info pages. You can create an account at any point and login to see your history and information that we hold, you can also purchase as a guest on the day.

THE TEAM ENTRY FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE *
If your team withdraws, you may not receive a refund, unless we manage to fill your place.
We therefore strongly advise you to enter only if you can definitely come, and with a full team.
You will not be allowed to play with less than 6 people on court. (See RULES ).
There is the option to buy ‘reserve’ entries for any division that has sold out.
We reserve the right to alter the competition format and move teams between divisions depending on entries, numbers, safety issues, weather conditions etc.
*refunds are given for errors on our part and unused reserve entries and if we are successful in filling your place

WEEKEND TEAM DEPOSIT
One of our goals is to make the weekend the best it can be for everyone. To encourage everyone to participate fully and fulfil their duties and commitments to play and officiate all matches wherever possible, and abide by all the rules and spirit of the event, we are taking a deposit this year from each team.
The rules for the deposit scheme (as per the tournament) are shown on this page
Simply visit Kate at the Tournament Office prior to departure to receive your deposit voucher code. You can then use this code to either cash in your deposit or use it for an ‘early bird’ entry for next year’s tournament.
If you choose to use your deposit voucher for an early bird entry for next years event we will communicate with you prior to the entries opening next year.
We believe it is a privilege to be able to play in any of our wonderful tournaments in the UK, with all of these amazing people, and we are grateful to everyone who plays within the spirit of the event.
The deposit is included in the fees below and in the shop purchase value.

Adult Camping (pay on arrival) £17 pp
Child Camping U16 (pay on arrival) £12 pp
Camping, under 5 Free
Parking (cars at Manor Farm 350yds from main venue) Free
Campervan - vehicle only (must accompany camping wristband) £15 (limited spaces)
Motor Home - vehicle only (must accompany camping wristband) £25 (limited spaces)
Caravan - vehicle only (must accompany camping wristband) £30 (limited spaces)
*Entry Fee excludes Online Payment Fee - deposit is refundable at the end of the weekend once all commitments are complete and rules of entry followed

Everyone must register and wear a camping wristband on site overnight and to access the disco
