We are going to try and make use of WhatsApp to help with communications about the tournament and in particular over the weekend.
This will be used in the same way as our friends at Salisbury tournie do, so will be admin only posts (read only to you all). The main account holder for this group will also be our security phone number for the weekend, so you will have the number for that if you are in the group.
We will start by adding the numbers for the main contacts who have entered a team into the event.
