Camping

Camping space is available at the tournament venue

You do NOT need to pre-book or reserve camping places - we have plenty of space for everyone.

Payment is per person (not per tent), and is on arrival (by card preferably). Prices are on the entry page , scroll to Prices and expand the drop down box.

Every camper will be required to register their personal details - please bring some form of ID with you.

A ‘camping’ wristband which will be given to you - this will allow you to access the camping area.

You must wear your wristband all weekend to access all facilities.

Health & Safety / Rules

  • No cooking, fires, naked flames or barbecues allowed

  • No glass permitted anywhere on site, any alcohol must be in plastic containers

  • No vehicles are permitted on the camping field, with the exception of pre-booked campervans

  • Fire safety stations around the site are clearly marked and have an extinguisher and fire bucket

  • Do not block the Emergency Vehicle Access Lanes. These are clearly marked and any tents or ropes in these lanes will be removed.

  •  Keep a minimum of 3 metres clear space between tents

  • No dogs are permitted on site

  • Wristbands must be worn all weekend to access the facilities, including the disco

  • No noise on the campsite after 12.00pm, please be mindful of the residents nearby

  • Sleeping in cars/vans that are not purpose built for sleeping is not permitted

  • PLEASE read our full Health & Safety guidelines before coming

Please do your bit to help

The tournament camp site is a football and rugby pitch so it is ESSENTIAL that we do not leave anything on the pitch that may injure players. Waste and Recycle bins are provided – please use them.

Please be extra vigilant, and check the grass for ALL smaller objects such as tent pegs, bottle tops, ring pulls, coins, glass etc. PLEASE do your bit to help and bin ALL litter throughout the weekend and especially when you leave.

Arrival, Parking & Registration Process

Drop-off

When you arrive, please come to the Sports Centre carpark to drop off any passengers, your camping gear etc. Directions here

Park

After drop off you will be directed to the designated weekend parking area at Manor Farm. This is over the road, a very short distance away. Car parking is free (included in entry fee). Directions here

Register & Pay

Before setting up camp, you must purchase camping, register your details and receive a security wristband. Each individual person must personally register and get their own security band for the weekend. Proof of ID will be required.

Set up Camp

Wearing your camping wristband you can now gain access to the campsite.

Mini trolleys will be available to help transport your camping gear to your chosen pitch (please unload immediately and return to the drop off point for your fellow campers).
