Whitefield 2025!!

As we prepare for our 49th event, we are working through the feedback and working with the venue to make sure everything is on track.

We will pray for sunshine again, but the website covers info about the potential changes if the weather changes. We have done this for a long time and have most eventualities planned for.

Early Bird entries are open, thanks to everyone who navigated the new deposit discount process this year with grace. We will have that sorted for sure next year.

As always, we are excited to be planning another amazing event for amazing people.

ALL the info you need is on the website, please only email us if you can’t find anything here.

About us

The largest and most popular outdoor volleyball event in the UK, run by City of Bristol Volleyball Club and friends.

Usually the 2nd to last weekend in July.

Two full days of 2 set (timed) volleyball matches, camping, parking, disco, children's entertainment, on site catering , changing facilities, bar and lounge area, local shops and restaurants, plus a short trip to Bristol City make this a fantastic weekend. We hope you agree!

Men, women and mixed divisions, catering for all standards - a division for every team.

Held at Whitefield School in Bristol in its infancy, the tournament grew in size and moved to Bath Recreation Ground (the Rec) where it stayed for many successful years. In 2015 however, the regulations at the Rec changed leaving us with no camping facilities and limited parking, so we had little choice but to move home. The new venue at South Bristol Sports Centre (aka the Imperial Ground) is a fantastic venue and we have had almost 10 happy years here.
