Important Information
Before you come…check
Bring ID
Everyone will be asked to register their details on arrival when you pay for camping and proof of ID will be required. Preferably a driving licence or similar, but a bank card will suffice.
Bring payment card or cash
To be able to pay for camping (and a tournament T-shirt should you want one). We prefer card so we can focus on the volleyball! :-). Prices are on the entry page , scroll to Prices and expand the drop down box.
No cooking, barbecues, or fires
Fires and barbecues are not permitted, the Venue and Bristol City Council has prohibited the use of bottled gas and cooking on the tournament site. Any equipment found will be confiscated until departure.
Only bring drinks in plastic bottles or cans
No glass is allowed anywhere on site. This is a sports ground, the rugby pitches you camp on are used all year by adults and juniors. The venue staff and our volunteers will confiscate all glass and bottles.
Health & Safety
Please read the Health & Safety guidelines you have agreed to abide by, for players and spectators. Stay safe at our event.
Photography
If you wish to take photographs generally at the event and not specific to your team/friends, please register for an official photography pass with the office. Please read our Photography Policy
Arrival
We open to campers from 3.00 p.m. on Friday.
The entrance gate will close at 11.00pm. You may park off site if you arrive after this and register for your wristband in the morning.
The entrance gate will be open for arrivals from 7.30am on Saturday, until 9.30 a.m., after which, you will need to go to the tournament office to get a wristband.
Drop off point only on site
Weekend parking at Manor Farm a few hundred yards away. See Getting here for directions. Parking is free.
Carpark
Only campervans and caravans that are pre-booked through this website will be allowed on the camping ground.
Everyone else should park at Manor Farm, just a few hundred metres away. See Getting Here for directions. Parking is free (included in team entry).
There is a height restriction barrier at the car park, please contact a member of staff if you have a tall vehicle.
Disabled Badge Holders
Please speak to a member of the team on arrival and have your badge on display on your dash board at all times.

8.30am Captain’s Meeting (Sat & Sun)
Captains must register their teams on both Saturday & Sunday morning and collect the day’s order of play
9.15am Matches Start (Sat & Sun)*
Play will be continuous all day, finishing approximately 5.30pm on Saturday and 5pm on Sunday
5.00pm Award Ceremony (Sun)*
At the end of play on Sunday, trophies & medals are awarded to the divisional winners and runners up, plus the Plate winners and runners up.
'Spirit of the Tournament' Award
In memory of Bill Daniels who was a great ambassador of the sport of volleyball and an old friend of the Whitefield Tournament. Nominations are invited for players, officials, team or person that displays a positive, sporting and 'fun' attitude towards volleyball.
Kids come and try it coaching sessions
Free volleyball coaching and fun sessions will be available for children over the weekend.

Lost Property
If you lose an item, please report it using this form. If you find anything, please hand it in to Tournament HQ.
Visitors and Spectators
We welcome visitors and spectators to watch you all play this amazing sport, all we ask is that they come to the Tournament HQ Reception (at the marquee) and register and get a wristband for a day visitor. ID will be required. Also please be aware of the Health and Safety rules and Photography guidelines
